Planning  is consider as an important part of business operations.Enterpreneur  have to do planning but his focus might on the resources.The plan must utilize all the resources does not go beyond resources.Plans are for differnet time periods like for 3 years,5years or 10year.Enterpreneur is reponsible for making a business plan.To become finnalized as enterpreneur a person must has better sense of market,product or service,management and market enviroment.

So business plan is developed by enterpreneur.It is like blue print which you design before contruction of  building starts.First he has to decide what will be the scope of  business plan means who is the reader of the plan.then value of business plan and in last he has to evaluate the business plan.

As nature of one enterpreneur differ from other enterpreneur.As everyone personality is based on his background,community,enviroment and so on which make him different from other.So we observe two types of enterpreneurs i.e domestic enterpreneur and international enterpreneur.Domestic enterpreneur is one who established a business in the specific and local community.

He is not willing to go abroad.While other enterpreneur is one who go out of national level and established his idea in the form of business internationaly.Before moving to international market he has to do extensive research to avoid any mishap.Then he has to move outside through proper planning

There are basically five principles of enterpreneurship.Or we can say that enterpreneur buliding is said to be based on these five pillars.These Principles are Patchwork quilt principle,Affordable Loss principle,Bird in hand Principle,Lemonade Principle and Pilot in the plan principle.They are explain one by one.First principle said that what an enterpreneur has he has utilize it to get something in return means he has to start a new business by using what he has.

Second principle said that estimate the loss in advance.Third principle say that what you have is good then you have nothing.Four principle is about convert threats into  opportunities.Last principle is about work and corporate with human resource

The role Enterpreneur is very much important in economic development.They are helpful in increasing national income and revenue from outside world.They are also involve in bring the change in the infrastucture of  business and society.There is still lack of product evaluation process.The point in this process is called itreative synthesis process.This process has its own features and types.They include ordinary innovations,technological innovations and breakthrough innovations.Innovations can be commercialize in three ways.

Fisrt through support of government.Second through corporate sector.Thirdly through individual enterpreneur.Enterpreneur is the person who play the role of filling the distance between the market and science.

Human beings varies in their nature,values and personalities.Every human being cant be an entrepreneur as for an enterpreneurship different competencies and skills are required.The entrepreneur goes through the enterpreneurial process.including finding,evaluating and developing opportunities.each step is essential for the success of new venture.
